Il Bed and Breakfast
Ischia Mare occupa una posizione eccellente, in grado di combinare
la quiete del luogo con la centralità del paese, infatti, a pochi
passi, sono raggiungibili: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, negozi
di abbigliamento e souvenirs. La fermata del bus è a 200 mt, le
spiagge, sabbiose, di cui una con sorgenti di acqua termale, che sgorga
sulla battigia, distano a 10 minuti di bus o auto o a 20 minuti a piedi.
L'arredamento è ben curato, confortevole ed accessoriato con tv,
lavatrice, frigo con freezer, stoviglie, biancheria.

Dall'ingresso indipendente
al piano terra, si accede alla grande cucina-tavernetta, arredata con tavolo
e panca per 8 persone, snack con sgabelli, lato cottura con cucina e forno,
lavello, frigo con freezer, camino.

Nel Bed and Breakfast
Ischia vi è, inoltre, il locale lavanderia-ripostiglio con lavatrice
e piccolo lavatoio. Dall'ingresso, una scala in marmo conduce ai piani
superiori. Al I piano vi è una camera con 2 letti singoli; soggiorno;
bagno con doccia. Al II piano vi è una camera da letto doppia; bagno
con doccia; veranda-salotto, dal quale si accede al terrazzo panoramico
con vista mare, attrezzato con barbecue, lavello e piccolo piano cottura,
tavolo per 6 persone, ombrellone, lettini prendisole. Al III piano, abbiamo
ancora una camera da letto doppia con terrazzo ultrapanoramico e vista
mare, attrezzato di lettini prendisole e amaca, comunicante con il terrazzo
sottostante al II piano.

The Bed and Breakfast
in Ischia takes place in a very nice spot, which combines peace with
all comfort of a town: supermarkets, restaurants, bar, pizza, clothes shops
and souvenirs. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the house. The sandy
beaches (one of those a hot spring water) are about 10 minutes by bus.
The BED AND BREAKFAST ISCHIA furnishings is nice looking, comfortable and
full accessories: tv, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, kitchenwares,
linen. From the independent entrance at ground floor we enter the big kitchen
and inn furnished with table and bench for eight people, stools, stove,
oven, sink, refrigerator and freezer, chimney. Close to the kitchen there’s
another room with a washing machine.

From the main entrance
we see a marble stair which takes us to the first floor and here we find
2 separated beds, living room, bathroom with shower. At the second floor
there’s a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, veranda, drawing room and
panoramic terrace with sea in sight, barbecue, table 6 places, sunshade
parasol and deckchairs. At the third floor there’s another double bedroom
and ultra panoramic terrace sea in sight, deckchairs, hammock. |
